Gorgeous, light blue polish with different sizes of blue glitters. This polish is lovely on its own or layered. I don’t mind sheer polishes, but if you do it would be best to layer this one. I personally think that the lightness of this polish on its own is gorgeous, especially for spring. The glitters in this one are sparkly and wonderful and cheerful. This is just a fun, happy polish, all around :)
